HOW MUCH WILL MY HOME RENOVATION COST ME?

We estimate as accurately as possible to determine the amount of time involved and the materials that factor into the final cost. We know this particular answer isn't very specific, but all jobs are different and there really isn't any way to know until we've spoken to you about your individual project. We believe in being up-front about all details of a project by having in-depth conversations with our clients beforehand.

HOW LONG DOES A HOME RENOVATION TYPICALLY TAKE?

The length of a project depends on how much work is involved and the type of work. When we meet with you, we can give you an accurate idea of how long each stage of the project will take. If it is an outdoor project, weather is always a factor. Regardless, we will strive our best to keep the project moving as closely to the desired schedule as possible.

WHAT DAYS AND HOURS DO YOU USUALLY WORK ON RENOVATIONS?

Our regular working hours are 7:00am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week, but we'll work around your schedule and availability and discuss this with you before we start your project.

DO I NEED PERMITS & DO I HAVE TO GET THEM MYSELF?

We can apply on your behalf or you can apply for the necessary permits yourself. This is also something we discuss with our clients to ensure all criteria is met.

HOW MANY RENOVATION PROJECTS DO YOU WORK ON AT A TIME?

One. Honestly. We take our clients and their renovations very seriously and show it by dedicating all of our time, energy and skills to seeing them through right to completion before moving on to the next project.

WILL YOU GIVE ME A LIST OF PAST CLIENTS AS REFERENCES?

Absolutely. In fact, we'd prefer that you do check references and speak with previous clients. We want you to be as comfortable with your choice as possible and we are more than happy to provide you with whatever you need.
